1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using PRISALYA SecureDrive (the "Software") or accessing the psd.prisalya.com website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.

2. Software License Grant

PRISALYA Consulting grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and execute the Software on supported Microsoft Windows devices strictly for personal or enterprise data security purposes, subject to these terms.

• You may install the Software across multiple personal or authorized corporate workstations.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble proprietary portions of the binary codebase except where permitted by applicable open-source component licenses.

3. User Responsibility & Zero-Knowledge Cryptography

PRISALYA SecureDrive utilizes mathematically rigorous authenticated encryption (AES-256-GCM, Argon2id key stretching). Because of this zero-knowledge design:

• Password Custody: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and safety of your master passwords.
• No Recovery: PRISALYA cannot reset, bypass, or recover passwords or encrypted files. If you lose your master password, your encrypted data will remain permanently inaccessible.
• Workstation Hygiene: You are responsible for safeguarding your host PC against malware, keyloggers, and hardware failure.

4. Third-Party Components & Open Source

The Software bundles and relies on third-party open-source components, notably WinFsp (Windows File System Proxy) licensed under GPLv3 with FLOSS exception, PySide6 / Qt6 under LGPLv3, and pyca/cryptography under Apache 2.0 / BSD. Your use of these components is subject to their respective open-source licensing terms detailed in our Third-Party Software Notices.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SOFTWARE AND SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PRISALYA CONSULTING BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
